What to prepare before ordering custom baby products
Prepare model references, logo files, colors, packaging and sample approvals before discussing a custom baby products order with Lemoon.
A clear customization brief helps a supplier separate what is available on an existing model from what needs a new quotation or development review. Lemoon supports customization discussions across its baby products range. The available changes, minimum quantities and timing depend on the selected model and must be confirmed individually.
Prepare the following information before requesting a private-label or customized order. This checklist focuses on the approval work, so your purchasing, design and sales teams can use the same reference.
Start with an exact base model
Send the model number and a link to the product page, then identify the configuration you want to use as the starting point. For example, electric baby swing 6513 and baby rocker S902-1 have different structures and listed controls. A customization request for one should not be assumed to apply to the other.

Prepare four groups of information
Brand artwork
Supply your logo in an editable vector file if available, plus a reference image showing the intended appearance. Specify the proposed logo position and approximate size. Confirm that you are authorised to use the artwork. Ask which marking methods are feasible on the selected material before finalising the design.
Colors and textiles
Use a defined color reference rather than a screen screenshot alone. Separate frame, fabric, tray and accessory colors. Identify whether you want an existing offered color or a new match. Physical samples may be needed to approve appearance; availability and minimums remain part of the quotation.
Packaging and instructions
State whether you need a plain box, branded retail packaging or changes to the outer-carton marks. Provide the requested language, barcode details if assigned, importer information and any retailer layout requirements. Confirm the dieline and usable artwork area before preparing final print files. Product warnings and instructions need review for the actual model and destination.
Quantities and destination
Split the quantity by model, color and packaging version. Include the destination country and port, your preferred receiving date and any sample deadline. Ask for separate confirmation of the product minimum, color minimum and printed-packaging minimum instead of combining them into one number.
Agree on an approval sequence
- Feasibility: confirm the requested changes and identify those still under review.
- Quotation: record configuration, sample or tooling charges where applicable, quantities and the proposed schedule.
- Artwork: approve position, size, language and packaging files with version numbers.
- Sample: review the agreed physical sample against the specification and record any corrections.
- Production reference: retain the final specification, approved files and sample record together.
Keep a dated change log. If the fabric, accessory set or logo position changes after approval, ask whether the sample, price or delivery schedule also needs to be updated. Do not treat an early mock-up as the approved production specification.
