A mixed wholesale order checklist for baby walkers, rockers and beds
Plan a mixed order of baby walkers, rockers and baby beds with a model-level checklist for quantities, packing, customization and shipment readiness.
Buying several baby product categories through one sourcing contact can simplify communication, but the order still needs a clear specification for every line. Lemoon supports one-stop product sourcing and assortment discussions across walkers, rockers and baby beds. Confirm the actual mix, availability and shipment arrangement before placing an order.
Build one list with separate model lines
Start from the categories your business needs. Keep model, color, accessories and packaging version on the same line. For example, a walker with an optional canopy and the same walker without it are different configurations even when the model number matches.
- Baby walkers and activity products: identify the product format, tray and any optional accessories.
- Baby rockers and electric rocking chairs: confirm the listed controls, included power accessories and exact seat configuration.
- Baby cribs and bassinets: confirm the structure, included components and packaging.
- Electric baby beds: record the model-specific controls and electrical configuration.

Use a line-by-line order checklist
| Field | What to record |
|---|---|
| Product | Model, configuration, color and product-page link |
| Quantity | Units per version and confirmed minimums |
| Packing | Units per carton, carton size, gross weight and carton marks |
| Customization | Approved logo, artwork version and any separate minimum |
| Documentation | Instructions and applicable model/destination documents |
| Timing | Sample approval, production readiness and shipping plan |
| Support | Agreed spare parts and the contact for order discrepancies |
Calculate cartons before discussing the load
Convert requested units into cartons using the confirmed packing quantity. Check whether mixed colors within a carton are permitted; do not assume they are. Multiply carton count by the outer-carton volume to estimate total packed volume, then ask the logistics provider to review the actual loading plan.
Illustration only: 40 units packed at 4 units per carton require 10 cartons. If each confirmed carton measures 0.70 × 0.58 × 0.56 m, those cartons total about 2.27 m³ before loading allowances. This arithmetic example is not a freight quote or a guaranteed container capacity.
Check whether all lines will be ready together
Different products and customized packages may have different preparation schedules. Ask which line controls the earliest combined shipping date. If one model is delayed, compare the options of holding the order, changing that line or arranging a separate shipment, with the costs confirmed before deciding.
Specify the destination country and port and ask the quotation to state its delivery basis. Keep product cost, customization, freight and local charges separate where relevant so the purchasing team can compare the same scope.
Keep names and intended uses accurate
“Baby rocker,” “baby swing,” “baby bed” and “baby crib” can appear in broad supplier searches, but they do not establish an identical structure or intended use. Check each model’s instructions and documents. Do not describe a rocker or swing as a sleep product merely because it has a reclining seat or a bed-like marketing name.
For bilingual packing and catalogs, retain the model reference and translate the description consistently. Review labels and instructions for the actual destination rather than assuming one language version meets every market’s needs.
Send the order list for review
Attach the completed model list, destination and desired receiving date. Identify any line that still needs a sample, confirmed measurements or approved artwork. Our customization preparation guide helps organise those approvals.
